As the Unitarian Universalist presence in Ithaca, we envision ourselves as a vibrant, dynamic community. We cherish fellow seekers, nurture open dialogue and spiritual growth, and inspire action on matters of conscience, serving as a beacon of reason and hope in our interconnected world.

Annual Action Priorities (AAP) for the 26 – 27 church year

The three priorities that we will be directing our energy towards are:

1) Living our Fiscal Reality: To enhance engagement and energy around connection-based fundraising events and adjust our budget to align with changes in big donor pledging 

2) Visioning Ministry: The discernment of the congregations’ vision for UU Ithaca’s spiritual and congregational life leadership structure 

3) Growing the Congregation: Working as a community to increase membership and meaningful engagement as a path towards greater community representation and involvement
