The Courage to Undo

Courage is often associated with heroic or brave deeds, but courage takes many forms. Sometimes that is the courage to step back, to rethink one’s direction, or undo long held assumptions.

Speaker: Magdalen Lindeberg

Magdalen has lived with her family in Ithaca for 20 years and is currently the assistant director of Cornell’s School of Integrative Plant Science. She enjoys bicycling, quilting, and reading. Her involvement at First Unitarian has included religious education and chairing the Celebrations Team.

First Unitarian Society of Ithaca services are held Sundays at 10:30 am. We are located at the corner of Aurora St. and Buffalo St (306 N. Aurora Street). The church does not have a parking lot, but there is free parking on the nearby city streets on Sundays and the Town of Ithaca allows us to use their lot on Sundays (on Buffalo Street, directly across from the church).

Newcomers Welcome!
