What is Babies First:
Babies First is an all volunteer organization, that is part of the First
Unitarian Society of Ithaca. Now in its 3rd decade, Babies First
provides tangible help to babies, young children, and their families
in need from all parts of Tompkins County by offering free baby
equipment. Referrals are received directly from individuals or from
18 plus non-profit public agencies throughout the county.

How can I get things for my baby?
Call 607-269-5385. We will set up a time to meet at your convenience. There is nothing to sign and no questions asked. Everything is free.

What equipment do we offer?
Gently used strollers, pack-n-plays, high chairs, baby seats, play
centers, booster seats, potties, baby gates and more. We also offer
new unused car seats in two sizes- infant and toddler.

Where is Babies First located?
The entrance is in the alleyway between the Unitarian Church and
the connected house at 306 North Aurora. You will see a door on
the right as you approach the garden entrance.

How do I donate gently used equipment?
Call 607-269-5385. We will arrange to meet you at Babies First at
your convenience.
