FUSIT’s Cabaret Night
Friday, April 12 from 6 – 9 pm
For one night the Parlor will be transformed into a Cabaret setting, and we would love to have you be a part of the celebration!
Entertainment includes three 30-minute sets featuring music performed by very talented FUSIT members: Tim Ball, Kevin Moss,
and Valerie and Lloyd Graves.
Jack Roscoe will be the evening’s MC.
Between music sets you’ll be conversing with friends and enjoying a 3-course home-cooked meal, with your choice of main entree. Each entree is served with rice and green beans. A green salad will be served as first course. A table of various dessert offerings along with coffee and tea will round off the meal.
Guests will have the choice of one main entree per guest
from the following options:
~Moroccan Tagine: Vegetables and chickpeas prepared with warm Moroccan spices, a fragrant and mildly sweet dish. (Vegan)
~Chicken Cacciatore: This classic Italian dish consists of a seared chicken thigh smothered in a rich tomato sauce seasoned with basil, parsley, and oregano.
~Brazilian Fish Stew: Tilapia is featured in this dish with sweet red peppers and onions in a flavorful broth of tomatoes, coconut milk, cilantro and lime.
$40 per reservation.
