 \nFriday\, April 12 from 6 - 9 pm\n\nFor one night the Parlor will be tran
 sformed into a Cabaret setting\, and we would love to have you be a part 
 of the celebration!\n\nEntertainment includes three 30-minute sets featuri
 ng music performed by very talented FUSIT members: Tim Ball\, Kevin Moss\
 ,\nand Valerie and Lloyd Graves.\nJack Roscoe will be the evening’s MC.
 \n\nBetween music sets you’ll be conversing with friends and enjoying a 
 3-course home-cooked meal\, with your choice of main entree. Each entree 
 is served with rice and green beans. A green salad will be served as firs
 t course. A table of various dessert offerings along with coffee and tea w
 ill round off the meal.\n\nGuests will have the choice of one main entree
  per guest\nfrom the following options:\n~Moroccan Tagine: Vegetables and 
 chickpeas prepared with warm Moroccan spices\, a fragrant and mildly swee
 t dish. (Vegan)\n~Chicken Cacciatore: This classic Italian dish consists o
 f a seared chicken thigh smothered in a rich tomato sauce seasoned with b
 asil\, parsley\, and oregano.\n~Brazilian Fish Stew: Tilapia is featured i
 n this dish with sweet red peppers and onions in a flavorful broth of tom
 atoes\, coconut milk\, cilantro and lime.\n\n$40 per reservation.\n\nRegis
