Named Penguin Eggs & Roots Music Canada’s New Discovery of the Year, Montrealer Aleksi Campagne blends his folk songwriting roots with an edgy, multi-layered sound resulting from his unique combination of voice, violin and looping-effect pedals. Aleksi won a 2024 Canadian Folk Music Award for his fully bilingual album, which offers 10 songs in English & the same 10 songs in French.
