Monthly Film and Lecture on Racial Justice

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The Anti-racism Ministry Team invites everyone to join us on zoom on Tuesday, April 26, at 6:30 pm to watch Who We Are:  A Chronicle of Racism in America. The film is a presentation that Jeffery Robinson (a criminal defense/civil rights lawyer) gave at Town Hall in New York on Juneteenth 2018. It chronicles Robinson’s journey around the United States examining the history of white supremacy and discrimination going back to the days of slavery all the way to the present.

This is the last film of our series for the church year, and it’s a fitting conclusion. Robinson covers the gamut, weaving together historical footage of events in Black history with compelling unforgettable interviews and his own personal story.

The film runs for 2 hours. It starts at 6:30 pm and will be followed by a discussion around 8:30 pm.  It’s also available on Amazon Prime.  Feel free to watch in advance and join us for the discussion.  Click below to register:

We’ll send the zoom link on the afternoon of April 26
