DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, October 29 at noon in the sanctuary\n\nWhat are the Mi
 nistry Visioning Team (MVT) &amp\; Operations Administration Team (OAT)? 
 Who is on these Teams? What do they do? Last year First Unitarian Society
  of Ithaca embarked on an experiment which divided up the traditional tas
 ks of a full-time minister.\n\nThree amazing part-time people\, Emily Ri
 chards\, Rev Janet Shortall\, and Rev Peaches Gillette\, carry out some o
 f those ministry tasks\, especially on Sunday mornings. Plus two teams (MV
 T &amp\; OAT) have taken on the support and administrative operations ro
 les for programs and more. A lot has changed in the last several years. W
 hether you are a long-term member or new to the church this may all be c
 onfusing. Join members of OAT and MVT in the sanctuary for a presentation
  with time to answer your questions. We want you to know what we do!
