What are the Ministry Visioning Team (MVT) & Operations Administration Team (OAT)? Who is on these Teams? What do they do? Last year First Unitarian Society of Ithaca embarked on an experiment which divided up the traditional tasks of a full-time minister.

Three amazing part-time people, Emily Richards, Rev Janet Shortall, and Rev Peaches Gillette, carry out some of those ministry tasks, especially on Sunday mornings. Plus two teams (MVT & OAT) have taken on the support and administrative operations roles for programs and more. A lot has changed in the last several years. Whether you are a long-term member or new to the church this may all be confusing. Join members of OAT and MVT in the sanctuary for a presentation with time to answer your questions. We want you to know what we do!
