SUMMARY:Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Annual Meeting\nWednesday\, May 25 at 6 pm\n\nEveryone who has 
 been a member at least 30 days prior to this meeting is invited and encour
 aged to attend this important gathering. It will be a hybrid meeting\, tak
 ing place in the sanctuary and over Zoom. The candidates for the Board of 
 Trustees and Nominating Committee will be announced later this week!\n\nMe
 eting Agenda\n\nVoting Procedures\nIn-person: Members should check in at t
 he registration table either at the Garden entrance or the Narthex entranc
 e. Your name will be checked against the membership list and you will be i
 ssued a paper ballot. During voting\, you will fill out the ballot and the
 n place it in the ballot box at the front of the sanctuary. Ballots will b
 e anonymous.\n\nZoom: Please log into the Zoom meeting (email office@uuith
 aca.org if you need the link) with your full legal name. You will be admit
 ted from a waiting room once we confirm that you are on the membership rol
 ls. Voting will happen electronically using a Google form (the link will b
 e in the chat when voting opens).  Each voting member of a household will
  vote separately. First and last name will be required on the google form 
 (and checked against the membership list). Names will only be seen by Mich
 elle and will be kept confidential. Please log in between 5:45 and 6:00 pm
